price point very reasonable. The only area I'd like to see improvement would
be to shipping options. I send 14 pound packages (UPS) across the country
and pay significantly less than the $30 for shipping (and taxes) I was
charged, for a much little package. I would consider shopping at their

before the end of the day.'' That did not happen. After several attemps I

different department would contact me. That did not happen. Finally I was
able to reach thier shipper, ELLETT BROTHERS who resolved the problem very

correspondence in reply to questions was brief, and not very helpful.
Delivery took 11 days, but that may be the fault of FedEx. I am increasingly
finding that although on the web, American sellers are geared more to
domestic customers and my experience has not been a good one. I will in
future only buy from European countries wherever possible. Despite the good

Body: I placed my order on Monday 04/03/2006 at 9:22 AM. The web site said
my item Ships next business day, and I opted for the $14.95 two day shipping
option. The web site also said if an item is not in stock we will contact
you immediately by email regarding expected shipping date, (as stated at
http://store.wmjmarine.com/info.html). On Wednesday 04/05/2006 I sent
another email asking about my order inthat I had not received a shipping
notice or an out of stock notice. WMJ responded that my order had shipped
and that they would respond shortly with my tracking number. On Friday
04/07/2006 I again asked for a status update and was informed that the
product had not yet shown up (I.E. they lied about having shipped it to me
on Wednesday) and to please allow a few more days to ship. On Wednesday
04/13/2006 I again asked for status on my order that was to have shipped on
04/04/2006 via two day mail, and again was informed that the item had not
yet arrived and would be shipped as soon as it did. Its been two weeks now
since I placed my order and still not even a notice that they have shipped
the product yet. Their web site still shows this product as ships next
business day. (good thing I paid extra for that two day mail option!) I will
never to business with this company again! |

in stock or that there were any problems. On a good note the shipping

circuit breakers, which were shipped and came quickly. The second was a
breaker panel. Both had the same UPS tracking number, which indicated that
they were both delivered. When I notified WMJ Marine that I didnt get the
breaker panel they told me it would be shipped on Monday, March 27th. On
Wednesday, March 29th, I requested a UPS tracking number for the breaker
panel. I was given the original tracking number, which showed delivery on
March 8th. I notified them that the UPS tracking number was not good. They
then told me they would ship the panel on Thursday, March 28th, gave me a
new tracking number, and the item arrived on Friday, March 31st. If I hadnt
been persistent I wonder if they would have shipped the item at all. |

some professional advice may be sought. Responses in this regard tended to
be brief and not very comprehensive and if several questions were asked
often only one was responded to. Some accessories for the equipment were not
listed and a note to the order did not seem to get attention so additional
shipping was incurred. They also changed the price after several
confirmations of price were received by email and updated the web site price
on the night after the order was lodged. The goods have not arrived yet.
This was a fairly expensive purchase and a little more attention to detail
would have been really appreciated. Overall though they were quick to
respond and seemed on the ball. I would say I am generally happy with the
overall transaction so far. |

times. I am sure that if I had been residing in the US everything would have
gone very smoothly. However there was a problem with the overseas shipping
address which was not communicated to me until I asked about the delay. A
simple email from them would have avoided a delay of many days. Overall

Body: Initial experience of ordering online was good. The ability of the
company to provide me with shipping data was non-existent, even after they
promised to keep me updated after two emails that I sent to them. I
contacted the company that was providing the item and they gave me a UPS
shipping number by which I could check the shipping progress. A day before
the item was to be delivered to my house, WMJ marine sent me notification of
UPS delivery with a URL to get the shipping data. Upon going to the URL,
there was a block to check for updated UPS delivery information, but
clicking it provided no information. I would not order from this company
again due to their lack of providing shipping data, and their unkept promise
to keep me informed on shipping status. |

Body: They twice demand my card issuing bank phone number inspite of normal
payment of my credit card. What on earth why does it need the phone number
of card issueing bank after normal payment been finished for verification.
Nevertheless I told them the phone number every time. After then they did
not notify anything about the order. My order date is
Jan/27/2005.(Humminbird fishfinder) Im eagerly wanna know about shipment of
my order and tracking number. But there is no way to know that fact in
WMJ-Marine internet shopping site !!! I think they are very insincere and
unfaithful !!! Please tell them send my order as soon as possible. Thanks. |
