GPS Requirments |
Display |
Do you require an external GPS antenna or GPS sensor? |
aSeries, cSeries, eSeries and eS Series MFD with integral GPS |
Typically, you do not require an external GPS because your Multifunction
Display incorporates an integrated GPS receiver.
However, there are some circumstances when you may require an external GPS
antenna or sensor—for example within a steel wheelhouse where the
Multifunction Display will not receive GPS signals.
The optional
GA150 remote GPS antenna and
the RS150 GPS can be used with the following multifunction displays when
an external sensor is required:
aSeries a95 / a97 / a98 / a125 / a127 / a128
eS Series eS97 / eS98 / eS127 / eS128
The following multifunction displays can use the RS150 when an external
GPS antenna is required:
aSeries a65 /a67 a67/ a75/ a77 /a78
eS Series eS75 /eS78
All legacy c Series and e Series |
gS Series MFD |
gS Series systems require a Raymarine RS150 GPS external sensor as part of
the network. |
Legacy E Series Widescreen (E90W,
E120W, E140W) |
The E Series Widescreen displays do not have an integrated GPS and can use
the RS150 connected via a SeaTalkngbackbone. |
